22nd International Conference Laser Optics (ICLO 2026) will take place on 22-26 June 2026  at the Moskovskiye Vorota Hotel - St. Petersburg. Please use this link to download the Advance Program featuring over 800 presentations

The first day of the Conference will open at 11:00 with the Plenary Session in Moskovsky Congress Hall, floor 1:

11:00–11:15 Opening and welcome remarks

The Conference Plenary Session will be followed by the Plenary Session of the 9th International A.M. Prokhorov Symposium on Biophotonics at 14:15:

During the next four days, ICLO 2026 Technical Program includes parallel oral and poster sessions of the Conference and of the 9th International A.M. Prokhorov Symposium on Biophotonics, the Conference on Optics of Dielectric, Metal, and Semiconductor Nanostructures (ODMSN) and the Chinese-Russian International Symposium on Photonics (CRISP 2026).

The Exhibition “Lasers and Photonics” accompanies ICLO 2026 conference. It will be open from 23rd June till 25th June.

Publications

In 2024 ICLO attracted more than 800 presentations from 21 countries both in person and online. All submitted one-page PDF summaries meeting IEEE requirements were published in IEEE Xplore:

ICLO 2026 is organized by Fund for Laser Physics technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Photonics Society and supported by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers) of St. Petersburg.
