Oral
All presenters are required to check in at the Molinari room (floor 3) at
least 24 hours in advance of their presentation and bring their
presentations on flash/thumb drive, memory cards or a laptop.
The use of personal laptops for presentations is not recommended.
Oral presentation duration is 15 minutes (30 minutes for invited talk). This time includes questions and answers. The online talks are given via Zoom. Detailed rules for online participation will appear on the registration website https://iclo.spb.ru
Poster
A 2-m-high x 1-m-wide bulletin board, a sign indicating your paper
number, and adhesive tape will be provided. Presenters
should display the paper title, authors and affiliations.
The entire poster layout should be readable from 2-3 meters away.
Poster session duration is 120 minutes. Presenters are expected to stand
by their posters during the poster session. One of the authors must be present near the poster during at least the last hour of the poster session to answer the questions.
Submission and Publication
Submissions to ICLO are made through the submission system and consist of two parts:
1) (mandatory) 250-word technical abstracts, which are the base for selection by the Program Committee via the double-blind peer-review;
2) (optional) one-page PDF summaries prepared according to the IEEE template requirements intended for inclusion in the ICLO proceedings for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. One-page PDF summaries must be submitted alongside with 250-word abstracts.

As submitted by the authors, the one-page PDF summaries of all accepted peer-reviewed abstracts may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library under the condition they meet IEEE template requirements, pass CrossCheck (https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/cross-check-main.html), and are written in good English.
Please note that for publication, the authors of all accepted PDF summaries will have to provide a transfer of copyright through the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) implemented in the ICLO submission system.
No more than two papers
All participants who paid the registration fee are limited to present no more than two papers in oral and poster sessions.
No podium, No paper
It is the responsibility of those authors to ensure the presentation of the paper at ICLO. If a paper is not presented at the conference, it will be withdrawn from the ICLO proceedings.
