For Authors and Presenters
Oral Presentations
All presenters are requested to check-in at the Molinari room (3rd floor) at least 24 hours prior to their presentation and bring their presentations on a USB flash drive. The use of personal laptops for presentations is NOT recommended.
The duration of an oral presentation is 15 minutes (30 minutes for invited talks), including time for questions and discussion.
Poster Presentations
Each presenter will be provided with a bulletin board measuring 2 m (height) × 1 m (width), marked with the paper number, along with adhesive tape.
Posters must clearly display the paper title, authors, and affiliations. The layout should be designed so that it is easily readable from a distance of 2-3 meters.
Poster session duration is 120 minutes. Presenters are expected to remain at their posters for the entire session to engage with attendees and answer questions.
No more than two papers
Each registered participant may present no more than two papers in total (oral and/or poster).
No podium, No paper
Papers that are not presented at the conference will be withdrawn from the ICLO proceedings. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their paper(s) are presented at ICLO.
Submission and Publication
Submissions to ICLO are made through the submission system and consist of two parts:
1) (mandatory) 250-word technical abstracts, which are the base for selection by the Program Committee via the double-blind peer-review;
2) (optional) one-page PDF summaries prepared according to the IEEE template requirements intended for inclusion in the ICLO proceedings published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. One-page PDF summaries must be submitted alongside 250-word abstracts.
Download templates for one-page PDF summaries:
As submitted by the authors, the one-page PDF summaries of all accepted peer-reviewed abstracts may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library under the condition they meet IEEE template requirements, pass CrossCheck (https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/cross-check-main.html), and are written in good English.
Please note that for publication, the authors of all accepted PDF summaries will have to provide a transfer of copyright through the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) implemented in the ICLO submission system.
