With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Professor Inna M. Belousova (1930–2026), Doctor of Sciences, an eminent Soviet and Russian physicist, USSR State Prize Laureate, and Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. Her distinguished scientific career and lasting contributions have left a profound mark on the field and the scientific community.

In her honor, a memorial session dedicated to her life and scientific legacy will be held within the framework of ICLO 2026. Colleagues and former collaborators who wish to share recollections or present memorial contributions are respectfully invited to contact the Organizing Committee.
